Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the digital content and physical product sales services provided through "KidsPhysio Bookshop" (hereinafter "the Site") operated by Gangnam Sanghoe (hereinafter "the Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the Company and its users.

Article 2 — Definitions

1. "The Site" means the internet website operated by the Company to provide digital content and physical products to users.
2. "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses its services in accordance with these Terms, whether a registered member or not.
3. "Member" means a person who has registered an account on the Site by providing personal information and is entitled to use the Site's services.
4. "Digital Content" means paid content provided in electronic form, including ebooks (PDF).
5. "Physical Product" means tangible goods sold on the Site that are delivered by shipping.

Article 3 — Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms

1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site or otherwise notified to users.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law. Amended Terms take effect 7 days after being posted on the Site.
3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use and withdraw their membership.

Article 4 — Membership Registration and Management

1. Users apply for membership by following the registration process on the Site. Membership is completed upon the Company's acceptance.
2. Members must promptly update their registered information if any changes occur.
3. Members may not transfer or share their account credentials with any third party.

Article 5 — Services Provided

1. The Company provides digital content (ebook PDF) sales and download services, as well as physical product sales and shipping services.
2. Purchased digital content is available for immediate download upon completion of payment.
3. Physical products are shipped after order preparation following payment, and shipping status can be tracked on the "My Orders" page.
4. The Company strives to provide stable service and may temporarily suspend services with prior notice in unavoidable circumstances such as system maintenance.

Article 6 — Payment

1. Prices for digital content and physical products are as shown on the Site.
2. Payment is made through the payment methods provided by the Company, including credit cards and quick-pay services.
3. Ebook purchase history can be viewed in "My Library" and product order history in "My Orders".

Article 7 — Copyright and Usage Restrictions

1. All copyrights to digital content and product-related images and descriptions provided on the Site belong to the Company or the original rights holders.
2. Users may use purchased content for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, perform, or broadcast it without authorization.
3. Violation of these restrictions may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

Article 8 — Shipping

1. Physical products are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping costs vary by product and are indicated on the product purchase page.
3. Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or carrier issues; in such cases the Company will notify the user.
4. The Company is not liable for delivery issues arising from errors in the shipping address provided by the user.

Article 9 — Disclaimer

1. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's own actions or negligence.
3. Digital content is provided for informational and reference purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice.

Article 10 — Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. The court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered location shall serve as the competent court for disputes arising from use of the service.
