Refund Policy

KidsPhysio Bookshop sells digital content (ebook PDFs) and physical products. Our refund policy complies with the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Content Industry Promotion Act.

Ebooks (Digital Content)

1. Eligible for Refund

  • Before downloading: If you have not downloaded the content after purchase, a full refund is available within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Defective content: If the file is corrupted or the content differs significantly from the product description, you may request a refund.
  • Duplicate payment: If the same product is charged more than once, a refund will be processed immediately.

2. Not Eligible for Refund

  • After downloading: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once the file has been downloaded. (Withdrawal of offer is restricted under Article 27 of the Content Industry Promotion Act.)
  • More than 7 days after purchase: Refunds are not available more than 7 days after the purchase date, regardless of download status.
  • Change of mind after access: Refunds are not available if the content has already been downloaded/accessed, regardless of reason.

Physical Products

3. Eligible for Exchange or Refund

  • Within 7 days of receipt: Unopened and unused products may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of the date of receipt.
  • Defective or wrong product: If the product was damaged during shipping or a different product was delivered, you may request an exchange or refund.
  • Duplicate payment: If the same product is charged more than once, a refund will be processed immediately.

4. Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

  • After opening or use: Exchanges and refunds are not available for products that have been opened or used.
  • More than 7 days after receipt: Exchanges and refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • User-caused damage: Exchanges and refunds are not available if the product was damaged or lost due to the user's negligence.

5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges and Refunds

  • Defective product or wrong delivery: the Company covers shipping costs.
  • Change of mind: the user is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

General

6. Refund Process

  1. Submit your refund request to the contact below.
  2. We will verify your purchase history and product status (for ebooks, whether the file was downloaded).
  3. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  4. For physical products, the refund will be processed after the returned item arrives and is inspected.

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 KST (excluding public holidays)

8. Other

  • If a payment processing fee was incurred, the refund amount may be reduced by that fee.
  • Any disputes not covered above shall be resolved in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws.

This Refund Policy is effective from March 26, 2026.
